Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The money is not returned. You will have a store credit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. This means that you will pay for the shipping of the returned item and $ 5.00 when the new shipment is made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@kristalrodriguez.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items will not be refunded, such as: swimsuits, personalized items and accessories, will not be refunded. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or if your order has been incorrectly shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded and have store credit with no time limit.
